This magazine in Japanese of JAPAN KITE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY ASSOCIATION is semestrial. It reports their activities, and contains witin about 40 pages many miscellaneous and well documented papers. There is a fair number of pictures and drawings , all B&W.

JKPA has for president Katsutaka MUROOKA and comprises about 30 members, with a very active, but small core. Their organization is efficient : the editing division, with Yasunori ICHIKAWA and Yoshiaki SUSUKI is in charge to prepare and edit this magazine.

We are handicapped by the language barrier. Hopefully, the Japanese perfectionism show us well detailed drawings which allow us to taste  the different matters, for lack of understanding them.
