Some issues may still be available, but Brooks spent
a lot of time to publish them as CD-rom.

- A great treasure
-
Thanks to Brooks LEFFLER
that this review was published from autumn 1994 to summer
1999. First in color, then in color from winter 1996, the
last issue will be named "L'OEIL AERIEN".
Brooks LEFFLER has been at the
same time the editor, and the publisher, under the cover
of AKA, American Kite Association. The issues have comprise
from 24 to 32 pages, 15x21cm size.
The papers were written by kapers
from the whole word, 96 in total! Thanks a lot, Brooks,
for having patiently corrected and improved our English,
and re-drawn many schemes and drawings.
The great idea of this booklet
was to deal with a theme which was announced in advance.
So, by the way, all the techniques have been dealt with,
and generally explained in all details. To-day, these 18
issues are a group of documents of very high interest, as
well historically than technically.
That's the reason why Brooks got
the EDEIKEN award from AKA in 1999.
